- For custom orders you are responsible for checking all artwork and design details.
- Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
- Minor variations in colour, alignment, or finish may occur.
- Custom products are manufactured based on customer-provided designs or specifications.
7. Orders
- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
- A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a pricing or technical error, goods become unavailable, fraud or misuse is suspected.

- All prices are shown in GBP (£), include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

- Orders over £100 may qualify for free UK mainland delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, supply chain issues and circumstances outside our control.

- For most standard products purchased online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The cancellation period begins the day after the goods are delivered and ends 14 days later.
- To cancel your order, you must clearly inform us by email: sales@premierpokerchips.com or phone: 01763 268372. You may use our Returns Form, but this is not mandatory.

- If you cancel your order you must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless goods are faulty. We also recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

- Under UK consumer law, the right to cancel does not apply to certain products, including personalised or customised items made to customer’s specifications.
- Custom or personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty or misdescribed.

- If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
