Hot Foil Stamping requires a 6.5mm Magnesium plate to be etched out and cut to size which is then attached to a stamping machine.
The Initial Hot Foil Block cost is for the first hot foil block required, this would be used to stamp the same design on both sides of each chip.
IF a different design is required for the other side of the chip, then a Subsequent Hot Foil Block will be required and a Side 2 Print Different to Side 1 cost will apply.
IF a different design or value is required for another chip, then a Subsequent Hot Foil Block will be required.
